Delete your UCA My Files data

UCA My Files (Android, by UCA) keeps very little on its server - see the privacy policy. Your files and server passwords never reach it. Here is how to delete what there is.

1. In the app (fastest)

Open My Files > Settings > Privacy > Delete my data. This immediately deletes, on our server: the install record (hashed install id, app and Android version, device class, language, first / last opened), its messages inbox and your reports to the developer. If you are signed in with a UCA ID you can delete the account in the same step.

2. Your UCA ID on the web

Sign in below with your email address (you get a 6-digit code) and choose Delete my account. This deletes your email, name and the link to your devices.

3. By email

Write to noreply@ucagg.de from the address of your UCA ID. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing of the deleted data is kept. Copies of emails we sent you are deleted with the account. Install data that is never deleted by hand is removed automatically 13 months after the app was last opened. Uninstalling the app deletes all data on your device, including saved connections.
